APPAREL DESIGN

FEEL GOOD WEARING A CUSTOM PIECE OF CLOTHING.

As a business, you may have considered branded apparel giveaways/contests for various events your company puts on or takes part in. For example, if your business hosts a holiday party for customers, you may want to give out branded apparel such as t-shirts to your guests commemorating the event. For a company hosting a party for its employees, a polo or dress shirt with your logo may be the appropriate branded apparel.

Custom sports team apparel isn’t only for athletes and coaches, but for fans too. Custom t-shirts in your favourite team’s colours featuring the team’s logo or mascot allows fans to show their loyalty and support for the team while cheering them on from the bleachers.

The two most common types of embroidery techniques are flat and 3D puff. Flat embroidery is the most commonly used, it is where the decorative stitch is applied directly to the fabric creating a flat design. 3D puff embroidery is a technique where foam is inserted under the embroidery stitch to raise the surface of your design giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidery design. 3D puff embroidery is applied mainly to hats.

Screen printing and DTG (direct to garment) both are comparable, quality prints, but they differ in method. For one, screen printing is one of the oldest techniques, while DTG is newer technology. Screen printing involves pushing ink onto fabric, while DTG uses a printer to print ink directly onto a garment.

Whether it be an embroidered logo on a polo shirt or hat, a fully custom sports uniform or maybe a shirt with your pet on it. The options are endless with what can be designed and printed on different types of apparel. Contact myself below with any other questions you may have.
